Projection Design

This piece was made as part of my final project for a projection design course at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. The images were edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and QLab.

This piece was created as part of a disguise design course at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Images were largely created in Adobe Photoshop. Video was created using the timeline in Disguise.

The story I wanted to tell with this was of a woman who falls in love with a man. They meet besides a silver spring and go off together. The relationship starts great until the man starts to neglect the woman. The woman goes into self doubt and self blame, thinking that the man was neglecting her because of something she did. When the man breaks up with her, she is devastated. She is immobilized by grief, seeing the man with other women, and stuck with nothing but old photos. The man texts her again, wanting to try and get back together. When the woman and the man meet up again, the woman remembers all of the neglect and hardship she had with him and rejects him, returning back to the silver spring, alone but happy.
